14-day withdrawal

You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed — just email sklep@sevaritual.com.

We refund in full (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the original payment method.

Breakage guarantee

If a tool arrives damaged or breaks in normal use, we replace it or refund you. This is an extra commercial commitment on top of your statutory rights.

Complaints

We handle complaints within 14 days. Email sklep@sevaritual.com with the problem and your order number — we take it from there.
