Scope, purposes, legal bases

We process the data needed to fulfil your order (name, address, email, delivery details) on the basis of performing the contract. With separate consent we send marketing messages.

Analytics are cookieless (Plausible). Any marketing pixels load only after you consent.

Recipients / processors

We share data with trusted processors only as necessary: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), CJ Dropshipping / BigBuy (fulfilment), Resend (email), our mail host. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and your rights

We keep order data for the period required by law (including tax law). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — handled within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
