Terms of sale

1. Seller

The SÉVA online store (sevaritual.com) is operated by BMP Software sp. z o.o. Full company details appear in the footer of every page.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT (gross prices).

Payment methods: BLIK, Przelewy24 and payment cards, processed by Stripe Payments Europe.

3. Contract and fulfilment

Placing and paying for an order concludes the contract of sale. We send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

Orders ship from a warehouse within the European Union, usually within 2–5 business days.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, including the cost of standard delivery. See “Returns & complaints”.

5. Complaints

We answer complaints within 14 days. In addition to your statutory rights we offer a breakage guarantee on the tools — a commercial commitment on top of, never instead of, consumer rights.
